She is the founder of ezzie + co., a real estate consultancy that advises companies on how to drive innovation, including the implementation of AI, ensuring they are positioned to thrive within the dynamic real estate landscape.
Her past roles both as General Counsel for an industrial developer and head of customer success for a PropTech company make for a career marked by a unique blend of in-house and entrepreneurial experience, making her a sought-after advisor in the real estate sector.
She is a member of NAIOP’s Technology in the Built Environment Forum as well as CREW, serves as an advisor to a number of emerging PropTech companies and is a sought after speaker and author on the topics of AI, innovation, and the future of real estate.
Originally from Ohio, Nadine resides in Boston with her rescue dog, Leo, is an avid traveler, and is passionate about art + design, the study of psychology, cooking, and the power of comedy.
RYAN ELAZARI
Ryan is a CRE technology advisor, speaker, and podcast host. He serves as the Senior Director at Empire Management, a diversified private real estate firm involved in the ownership, management, and development of multifamily, office, and retail.
He serves as head of innovation providing strategic leadership via the implementation of emerging technologies such as AI, Building Management Systems, and Internet of Things across the portfolio.
Ryan teaches a graduate-level Real Estate Entrepreneurship course at Baruch College, where he connects with world-class thought leaders to share their stories and insights. He is a member of NAIOP’s Technology in the Built World Forum and the PropTech Angel Group and serves as President of the NAIOP New York City Chapter.
Born and raised in New York, Ryan lives in Manhattan with his wife, Daniela and his two kids, Farrah and Rafa. He is a huge sports fan and lover of food, live music, and beach vacations.
