Commercial real estate doesn't need another podcast that reads off press releases.
It needs someone who's actually worked in it, and isn't afraid to call out what's broken, what's hyped, and what's quietly working.
That's CRE Unplugged. Hosted by Ryan Elazari, a CRE operator turned media founder, the show breaks down the industry's biggest shifts (AI, climate, capital, policy, and the technology reshaping the built world) through honest, human-first conversations with the developers, founders, and operators building what's next.
Smart but never snobby. Informed without being intimidating. Whether you've been in the industry forever or you're just trying to figure it out, this is real estate, unplugged.
